Hockey Coach and Head of Collyer’s Sport Academy John Burroughs was delighted “Intensity and composed decision making in pressure moments won through.”

Harry Bubb scored twice, with Ella Clark and Ben Humphreys also on the scoresheet to seal a memorable Sussex Hampshire derby win.

John Burroughs added: “Peter Symonds’ College have a large high-quality hockey programme, fantastic coaches, and a talented side, so for our team to be competing and winning at this level is an incredible achievement. I could not be prouder of the group – they are a credit to Collyer’s and West Sussex!”
