I have over 25 years’ international HR experience with Unilever; my last role was at a senior corporate level, business partnering Global Board CFO, General Legal Counsel, CIO, Chief Auditor & CHRO. I gained experience and a deep understanding of HR, leadership, teamwork, coaching, organisational design and collaborative decision making which I then took into an HR consulting role with small/medium sized diverse businesses. I was a Director of County Hall Management Co. Ltd in London for the last 10 years. Up until May 2023 I was a Henfield Parish Councillor for more than 7 years.
