ESOL conversation

About the course

This is a recreational course for ESOL students who want to practise their spoken English and become more confident in their conversational skills. It will focus on:

• speaking and listening skills
• communicating in social situations
• making conversation, answering questions and giving opinions

Delivery

Learners will attend weekly lessons in college.

Learners also benefit from access to the college library during our evening opening times, including computers, study stations, print-based and electronic learning materials, printers and scanners.

Course suitability

This course is for students for whom English is a second language.

Progression

Join one of our English Functional Skills courses to gain a qualification.
