Accessibility

Collyer’s aims to provide a site that is accessible to all disabilities.

For those needing step-free access all main building entrances are on ground level or have ramp access.

All main buildings contain access to lifts, disabled toilet facilities and have push buttons entrances or automatic doors.

In the event that a room is not accessible we will endeavour to change the venue to one that is appropriate.

For students:

Individual needs of students are assessed on a regular basis and if you require any adjustments or additional information about the facilities available, please contact Main Reception or Student Services.

Please mention any relevant information on your application, during your interview/enrolment or speak to your tutor.

For visitors:

If you are entering the college as a pedestrian, please use the gate outside main reception with the intercom facility.

If you are entering the college in a vehicle, we have disabled parking bays for blue badge holders on the left and visitor parking on the right adjacent to the gate. Please follow the signs to main reception which is accessed using push buttons. Please communicate any access needs with the receptionist and they will be able to assist you. A hearing loop facility is available in main reception.
