Arrival information
When should I arrive?
For applicants aiming to join us in September 2025, your homestay accommodation will be available from Saturday 30th August 2025. Please do not arrive before this date because your accommodation will not be available. Your induction week will begin on Monday 1st September 2025. Classes will begin in the following week.
Airport collection
Students can organise their own transport or we can arrange a taxi to meet you on arrival. The cost will be added to your end-of-year invoice and a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for booking. Please contact the international team at international@collyers.ac.uk

From London Gatwick (LGW)
- By train: The total journey time from Gatwick Airport to Horsham by train is approximately 20 minutes.
- By taxi: The journey time from Gatwick Airport to Horsham by car is approximately 25 minutes.
- From London Heathrow (LHR)
- By Train: The total journey time from London Heathrow to Horsham by train is approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- By taxi: The journey time from London Heathrow to Horsham by car is approximately 55 minutes.
